2 potatoes


1 lotus root


A little Chinese cabbage


A little coriander


A little scallions


A little salt


A little monosodium glutamate


A little Chinese prickly ash


A little soy sauce


A little vinegar


A little white sugar



Cooking Method of Spiral Sliced Potatoes:


Step 1: Cut the potatoes into spiral shapes, slice the lotus root, chop the scallions and coriander, and cut the heartleaf houttuynia into small strips.


Step 2: When the oil is ready, pour in the potatoes, lotus root slices and Chinese cabbage. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. After the potatoes, Chinese cabbage and lotus root slices are about 80% cooked, turn off the heat.
