How to Make Lu Dagun (Beijing Snack)

Ingredients for Lu Dagun: 150g glutinous rice flour, 170g water, 150g red bean paste, 70g cooked soybean flour.

Method:


1. Mix glutinous rice flour with water and microwave on high for 5 minutes.


2. Sprinkle cooked soybean flour and roll the cooked glutinous rice dough into a sheet.


3. Prepare the red bean paste by softening it with water and spread it evenly.


4. Roll the sheet.


5. Cut the roll with a serrated knife.
